Embraer's Supplier Advisory Council Strengthens Collaboration and Drives Innovation and Efficiency

OLATHE, Kansas, September 29, 2026 — Embraer (NYSE: EMBJ / B3: EMBJ3) brought together company executives and its best suppliers of the year for another round of Embraer Supplier Advisory Council (ESAC), hosted at Garmin headquarters in Olathe, Kansas. The event featured discussions on collaborative initiatives to strengthen the aerospace supply chain through digitalization, automation, artificial intelligence, and operational efficiency.
During the meeting, council members showcased collaborative initiatives developed over the year in areas including automation, inventory management, artificial intelligence, systems integration, and manufacturing process acceleration. The projects underscore Embraer’s and its suppliers’ shared commitment to enhancing productivity, quality, resilience, and competitiveness across the aerospace value chain.
“ESAC continues to be an important platform for collaboration between Embraer and our strategic partners. The success of the initiatives presented demonstrates how knowledge sharing and joint solution development can generate tangible benefits throughout the supply chain while strengthening our ability to meet growing demand in the global market,” said Roberto Chaves, Executive Vice President, Global Procurement and Supply Chain, Embraer.

Established to promote the exchange of best practices and the development of collaborative initiatives between Embraer and its key suppliers, ESAC helps strengthen a more integrated, resilient, and future-ready supply chain capable of supporting the sustainable growth of Embraer and its partners.
Participating suppliers: ASE (Italy), Diehl Aviation (Germany), FACC (Austria), Fokker Services (Netherlands), Globo Usinagem (Brazil), Hexcel (United States of America), Moog (United States of America), Pratt & Whitney (United States of America), and SAP (Germany)
