At the Embraer Foundation, we believe our employees are one of our greatest forces for good. Our employee engagement programs empower employees to share their time, talents, and passions to strengthen the communities where they live and work.

Volunteer Time Off (VTO)

Employees can use volunteer time during their regular work hours to support local charities, schools, churches, and other community organizations. VTO gives employees the flexibility to make a difference while demonstrating Embraer’s commitment to community engagement.

Volunteer Recognition

We celebrate employees who go above and beyond to serve their communities by recognizing a Volunteer of the Year and Volunteer Leader of the Year. These awards shine a light on employees who inspire others through their commitment, leadership, and service.

iVOLUNTEER Grant Program

Through the iVOLUNTEER grant program, employees can turn their personal passions into community impact. Employees may apply for a mini-grant from the Embraer Foundation to support a volunteer-led project or event benefiting a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Whether an employee is passionate about education, STEM, sustainability, youth development, or another community need, iVOLUNTEER helps turn that passion into action.

The Embraer Foundation team will work to connect you with a volunteer opportunity that aligns with your passions and supports a community need.

Connect With Embraer Employees Who Want to Volunteer

The Embraer Foundation connects our employees with meaningful opportunities to give their time, talents, and energy to the communities where they live and work.

If your nonprofit organization is looking for volunteers, we invite you to share your upcoming opportunities with us. Opportunities may be skills-based, event-based, or one-time service projects that can be completed in approximately 2–8 hours.

Once submitted, opportunities that align with our employee volunteer interests may be shared with Embraer employees. Interested employees will contact your organization directly to learn more and coordinate their participation.
